Charming Great East Lake 4 Season Waterfront Home!

Cozy, quiet, peaceful, pristine....it's like stepping back in time to your grandma's lake house -- with views that can't be beat! Wood-burning stove and forced-air heat for cooler spring thru summer days and all winter. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lovely living room with new balcony overlooking the lake. 2 docks, waterfront lower deck with 4 rocking chairs, 2 side decks with 4 Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table & additional sunset viewing platform off dock with 4 more Adirondack chairs/tables - all perfect for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the blissful views and lake sunsets. Fire pit overlooking sandy area & lake, perfect for making s'mores at night. Yard with loungers and lots of shade for napping.

Guests should bring their own sheets and towels and there are none for guest use on the premises; guests may want to bring extra blankets even in summer, in case of a cold evening. There are 4 twin beds, streaming TV, big puzzle table & big bean bags in a huge second story refinished attic with sky lights and huge windows at each end overlooking the lake and woods, perfect for the kids or teens to have their own space while the adults hang in the living room. Max number of persons in main house is 8. (We may consider 2 additional young children who can sleep on the master couch or in your own play pen, at our discretion. Additional fees may apply. Please inquire about additional children at time of request.)

There is a separate one room "bunkhouse" just up the path from the house that may be available for an extra nightly fee (please inquire if interested). The bunkhouse sleeps two, has great WiFi, a desk, a streaming TV, a bathroom with toilet, a new enclosed, private outdoor shower (with changing space & loads of hot water), & a kitchenette area with a sink toaster oven, microwave & coffee maker. A HUGE, new private deck in the trees with lake views has a gas grill, outdoor table & outdoor furniture.

Guests seeking to dock their own boat must seek prior approval. There is an additional $200 fee for the entire stay for personal boat docking.

House trained, well behaved pet dogs considered. Cleaning fee and nonrefundable pet fee will be charged per rental and assume a 1 week rental. Rental longer than 1 week will require additional cleaning fee and greater nonrefundable pet fee, depending on length of stay. Early check-in and late check-out may be available with timely written request, but must be authorized in writing by Host. Partial use rental fees will apply to any pre-approved early check-in and/or late check-out; said fee amounts will be provided by Host upon approval and must be paid before check in or any stay over regular check-out time of before 10 am.
