Free Wi-Fi, a private garage parking space, and modern amenities (TV, DVD player, CD player, radio) provide you with additional comfort.

Are you looking forward to cooking together during your holiday on Rügen? For convenient self-catering, the holiday rental features a separate, fully equipped kitchen (including a stove, oven, and microwave). Or you can treat yourself to a culinary experience out and about: in the idyllic town centre, you’ll find many highly recommended restaurants offering delicious Baltic Sea cuisine.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for a third and/or fourth person (sleeping area 200 cm x 200 cm).

The rooftop terrace offers you and the other guests of the house cosy seating and lounging areas. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Perfect for a lovely breakfast or an afternoon nap! You can access the terrace via the lift; cushions for the patio furniture are located in a separate room.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the house (for a small fee). You can also do your ironing here.

"Villa Sirene" showcases Binz’s seaside resort architecture in all its glory! It was built around the turn of the century and completely and meticulously restored in 1995–96. With hardwood and marble floors, a private lift, high-quality furnishings, and comfortable kitchens, your holiday apartment offers a high standard of living comfort!
A special highlight is the sunny rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, tables, wicker armchairs, and umbrellas—all of which are available for use by holiday guests. The on-site sauna also guarantees you soothing moments of relaxation!

“Villa Sirene” on Rügen is very centrally located, so you can easily reach the beach promenade, the swimming beach, and the idyllic centre of Binz in just a few minutes. Cosy cafés and restaurants, as well as small shops and boutiques, are located right near the house.
