The comfortable and tastefully decorated interior gives the apartment a warm, inviting atmosphere that guarantees a wonderful holiday. The bright living room with a sofa and TV, the open-concept kitchen, and the separate bedroom with a double bed offer plenty of space to relax.

For convenient self-catering, the apartment’s kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and various small appliances. Many restaurants and bistros in the nearby centre of Binze and along the promenade will also treat you to exquisite Baltic Sea cuisine!

When the sun sets on Rügen, a cosy double bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the separate bedroom. Two additional sleeping options are available on the comfortable couch in the living room (170 x 190 cm).

On the sunny terrace, you can make yourself comfortable in a beach chair or sit together at the garden table. From the terrace, you can already see Lake Schmachter (partially obstructed). For our younger guests, there is a small, freely accessible playground in this family-friendly residential complex.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the residential complex (for a small fee). A free parking space and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort during your holiday on Rügen. Dogs are welcome. Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. The apartment is located in Building 2 of the Wohnpark.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday awaits you at the "Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg" on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through-traffic disturbs your holiday peace.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach—whether relaxing, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars—offers the ultimate holiday experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active holidaymakers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground right in the Wohnpark.
