Why they chose this property
This apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and resort-style living in the heart of Del Mar. The space is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.
You’ll have one designated underground parking space, plus access to additional outdoor parking. The property is part of the Ocean Windows community, connected to L’Auberge Del Mar, so you can enjoy resort-style amenities like the pool, gym, bar, restaurant, and tennis courts.
The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and steps from Del Mar’s best restaurants and bars.
For transparency, the unit is near a post office and train tracks, so there may be some light noise during the day. However, double-pane windows help minimize this, and most guests find it becomes unnoticeable.
