The management company listing this property was an absolute nightmare to communicate with and completely ruined the experience. They're remote, and respond with generic-robot like messages to any request. I kindly requested an early check-in (especially given that most properties in the area have a 3pm (not 4pm) check-in), they kept assuring me that some "local team" will contact me. No one contacted me. We arrived early and noticed that the property was clean from the outside and we kindly asked for the access code to be able to store some perishables in the fridge, to which one again, they never replied. When I called, I was told that the cleaning crew is actively working on the property (which was a lie given we were sitting outside). The cleaning crew ended up rushing in at about 3:45pm and running through the house to get it ready in 20 min. The next day, the access code to enter the property changed and we were locked out after returning at night time! When I contacted them, they couldn't care less and gave a completely different code. The property itself had several issues as well. Broken window locks and door locks on the balcony, extremely load noise coming from the jacuzzi that is directly outside of 2 bedrooms and makes it nearly impossible to sleep (and you cannot turn it off), pantry drawers that haven't been cleaned out in over a decade (bottles of olive oil expired in 2017), gas tank on empty, etc. Search them on Reddit to see very similar experiences.
