The Space:

This oceanfront family home since 1971 welcomes you! Walk up a few steps to reach the porch, then enter and you'll find yourself on the first floor of this stunning home. Here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. The open layout of this room leads you to the first living room, complete with spectacular ocean views. Large windows allow the Seaside sun to pour in, and sliding glass doors open up to the front deck running the length of the home. At the back of the first level, you find the first bedroom with a large bed and a deck all to itself. A full bathroom and a washer and dryer complete this floor.



Upstairs, you enter into the fine great room, with ample seating for everyone! This room includes a wet bar with mini fridge, a table and chairs perfect for cocktails or games, and a large flatscreen TV complete with DVD and VCR. Another fireplace helps set the mood on those chilly nights. Don't forget the telescope to watch the passing ships and beachgoers. There's also another oceanfront deck for outdoor living. Wrapped in large windows to maximize the view, you will never leave this room! There are two bedrooms on this level, plus a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.

The place was dirty. The beds were like rocks. The TV's were dated etc. The view was amazing, and that's the only reason for 2 stars. Not having access to the garage was kind of a pain as well. The place needs a serious update.

Nice open floor plan, large upstairs living room with amazing views of ocean. Bedrooms are good sized, beds are not the most comfortable the mattress's are very hard. We will definitely stay here again we loved the space and the amazing views.

Amazing location and property

Such amazing views from the property and gorgeous interior, especially the upper level! The bluff trails start directly from the back door leading to the beach. Note that there are 2 sets of stairs - one directly leading up to the main level from the front door and another to go to the upper level.

AMAZING Beach Front House!

This house far surpassed my expectations. It was more than enough space and being able to take a step off the patio and walk right into the sand was so amazing. The view is gorgeous and even better from upstairs. I will definitely be coming back with my family next time!
