Welcome to Racquet Club Villas 2327, a single-level, dog-friendly condo tucked away in the Harbour Town Area of Sea Pines. This spacious vacation rental overlooks a neighboring lagoon and has recently been updated with hardwood floors as well as new living room and bedroom furnishings. This condo also features a patio furnished with a couple cozy rockers, a full, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area with seating for six -- perfect for meals or family game nights. Lucky guests will also enjoy access to shared tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

Terrific location, walking distance to shopping and dining. We took walks with the pup daily and the weather was cooperative. We didn't have anyone above us so the time we spent in the condo (not much) was very quiet. Thanks to the Thompsons for having us.

Good value for the $$. Excellent location. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue is that Vacasa gave me the wrong pool gate and bathroom codes.

We loved this location. The trolley stop to the beach was just steps away. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. The unit was just as described. It met our needs and the staff was very responsive when the pool code didn’t work and when the dryer quit. We’d stay here again.

Trolley stop almost right outside of the door, close enough to walk to harbor town, relatively quiet, can hear upstairs neighbors but that is expected. Gorgeous pond out back with a gator we watched for every day. Pool is nice, and deep- which the teens loved.

The Hilton Head Experience

Spent two weeks (late March-early April) for our first Hilton Head experience. Loved it. This unit is within walking distance of Harbor Town and an easy drive to many Hilton Head hot spots. Grateful for two baths so as master is tight. Waking every morning to look out on water more than made up for it. Beds were comfortable, unit clean and able to cook up many dinners. Looking forward to many more vacations on this great island.

Location was great. Overall nice but there were some issues with the villa.

There were some maintenance concerns. The sliding glass door by the dinning table has a broken lock the door lock works but the actual frame portion is broken so it will not lock have to trust the pvc bar on the floor to prevent opening. Also the dryer lent screen is torn and not functioning prpoerly. Other than those issue the stay was nice thanks.

Pleasant but needs updating

Nicely decorated, kitchen well stocked, newer appliances. Newer carpeting and flooring. Owner needs to continue updating. Whole unit shoes age with painted, old cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms are snug and both tubs, shower walls and faucets need to be replaced. You can hear toilets flush and people walking around upstairs. As we are not used to this it was annoying. Just recognize you are booking an older condo.
