Make yourself at home or walk to the beach from this newly renovated cottage. Nestled on a large treed, fenced lot, with excellent parking. Sleeps Five, with one bedroom, one and a half baths, queen leather sofa pullout, and a twin pullout, all with upgraded mattresses.
This property is the perfect balance between not too close yet not too far from Newport's inner harbor and the many activities. Creature comforts of the cottage include, WiFi, 2 Smart TV's and a well-stocked Kitchen.
This private cottage is perfectly situated between first and second beaches and is minutes to Cliff walk/Newport Mansions, Bellevue Avenue, international Tennis Hall of Fame, and you can easily bike or drive to Newport's Bannisters wharf to catch a yacht ride or relax on the property and enjoy the beautiful garden and porches.
Friendly dogs welcomed once pre-approved, there is a $175 non- refundable pet fee, and owners must sign a dog pet agreement.
The neighborhood area is surrounded by many excellent restaurant options, from 5-star dining or grab a quick relaxed meal where the locals dine.

For relaxed dining: Flo's Clam Shack, Anthony's Seafood, Atlantic Grill, Aquidneck Pizza.
