Separate entrance, in-unit washer/dryer, and a simple, comfortable layout with private sauna and hot tub. Peaceful area but still just minutes to Publix and about 9 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg.

Jonathan’s place was exactly what I needed. The suite is cute, well-decorated, and feels intentional not generic at all.Jonathan himself is super laid back and easygoing, but still made it clear he was there if I needed anything. Very accommodating without being overbearing.Private, easy parking, and the hot tub, hammock, and sauna made it feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay again. Bonus points for the friendly neighborhood.

Easy private parking and entrance. The apartment is stand alone and decorated incredibly. Beautiful yard plus the hot tub and sauna is a great bonus!!!Close to everything St.Pete. Host was extremely responsive and resolved a very minor issue within minutes. I would have given this 10 stars, but only 5 were available!!
