Moderna finca con vistas al mar y piscina desbordante en Cala Murada - Vistamar

This newly built, modern villa is located directly by the sea in Cala Murada, with fantastic views over the east coast of Mallorca. The sandy beach of Cala Murada is only 700 m away.

First floor:
Here you will find a living room with sofa corner and dining area. This area can be air-conditioned. On this floor there is also a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the beautiful, covered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, each with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and air conditioning, one of which has an en suite bath. There is also a second shower room. All rooms have access to a large terrace with sea views. The house is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. The living space is 130 square meters and the plot is 400 square meters. The house is not suitable for small children under the age of 5.

Outdoor area:
The covered terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea while taking a dip in the pool.

Pool:
8 m x 4 m, depth: 90 cm - 170 cm, stair access.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. One day should be left free between each booking. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. Towel/bed linen change included on the 8th day for bookings of 14 days. Additional cleaning on request (15€/hour).

Extras:
Espresso pot. The water in the kitchen is of drinking water quality, no additional water needs to be purchased. Regular customers receive a 5% discount on repeat bookings.
