Lovely property, great location for exploring. It is not overlooked and the gated pool gives peace of mind if there are small children staying. Property was clean throughout and easy to park outside. Only minor point is that it would be useful to have cleaning supplies like washing up liquid/sponges, and perhaps more staples such as salt, pepper and spare toilet rolls as it seems wasteful to buy for short stays, but they are easy enough to pick up with the shops only being a short drive away.

Peaceful, private villa

The property is in a quieter area of Albufeira but only a short drive from the main town or the very good Algarve shopping centre in Guia. The villa has everything you need including aircon in each bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The best part of the villa though is the amazing pool area that is so private with all the mature gardens surrounding it. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool whilst we chilled out reading a book or just enjoying the great weather. The only negative point I can make is that the villa is a little dated, so don’t be expecting any ultra modern design, but it’s tranquility makes it the perfect getaway

Férias perfeitas

Pros: A casa tem tudo o que é essencial para fazer refeições. Roupas de cama e WC em quantidade suficiente. Ambiente perfeito, com privacidade e silêncio. O Wi-Fi funciona em toda a casa. Cons: No primeiro dia a piscina estava com bastante cloro, o que provocou alergia nos meus filhos. Mas com o passar do tempo melhorou e ficou perfeita.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à la Vila Filipa. Les enfants se sont régalés avec la piscine!! Proche des commerces et des plages en quelques minutes en voiture! Maison propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!! Obrigada 😉

Pros: A casa é térrea e muito bem distribuida. Ficamos juntos sem ficarmos uns em cima dos outros. Tem uma piscina fantástica, snooker e ténis de mesa. Um jardim incrível. Cons: Por ser numa zona menos urbana, as aranhas e abelhas adoram a nossa companhia...

Schöne Villa in Albufeira

Schönes Objekt mit sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da der Pool eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist ländlich gelegen (in Orangenplantagen).

Great stay

We have had a great stay at villa filipa. Villa was so private but still not far from town. You do need a car. We'll equipped pool table and table tennis a bonus. Loved having heated pool too. Owner Jose was great and very helpful. We had problem with gas and a toilet but was fixed qui kly. Would love to return here and also will recommend to family and friends. Cleaner done great job thankyou for looking after us.
