Such a comfortable, peaceful place! We had everything we needed from cooking to playing in the lake. The house and grounds were everything the pictures show and more. Easy walk down to the lake and such a lovely dock to hang out on. Nice dog yard too

If you'd like nature, star gazing and quiet time this is the place for you. The view is amazing with exceptional privacy. The beds are comfortable. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with condiments. Spacious, airy and modern interior. Excellent and timely communications from the host, Kimberly. Great place to relax, meditate and reconnect with nature.

Beautiful home with privacy and lake views. Love the layout of the house and the new deck! It was perfect for two couples, a toddler and dogs. The house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, toddler/baby supplies, towels and more. Easy access to the house and a boat ramp/marina within a couple miles. We would love to return!

Beautiful, clean lake house with the perfect view of the water. The huge windows make the entire space feel open and bright, and we loved waking up to breathtaking lake views every morning. The home was extremely well‑stocked, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy extras that made our stay comfortable. We even enjoyed a few deer sightings right from the property, which made the experience feel magical. Truly a peaceful and spotless getaway—highly recommended.We would definitely book again. We had an absolutely fantastic time at this VRBO! Everything exceeded expectations, the home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed for a stress free stay. The location was perfect, peaceful, and private with so much space for both indoor and outdoor activites! Communication with the hostess was seamless. They are responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. It is a fabulous country get-away. 45 minutes to Crystal Bridges. Walmart delivers to the house making it really easy. Beaver Lake is wonderful and the pier for the house is lovely. Also we rented a party barge to hang out in the lake and that was 45 minutes away in Eureka Springs. The property is large and we spotted deer and turkeys in the woods and a blue heron landed on the pier. The internet was great and the bbq pit easy as well. The pots and pans were first rate and there is a keurig machine that is part of the coffee pot. Our corgi had a blast!! The view from the house was amazing. It is a 10!!!!

Very peaceful, quiet area with an abundance of privacy. The serenity of the lake and the views was the best thing as well as the ability to access the lake and utilize the kayaks and paddle board etc. the evening skies were beautiful for star gazing. If you plan ahead and grocery shop ahead of time it would make your stay better. The house is a winding drive on two lane Arkansas hills from businesses and restaurants. So if gps says it’s 14 minutes away it’s as the crow flies. It is more like 35 to 40 minutes. But if you are coming this direction to enjoy Eureka Springs etc it’s part of it. If your coming to unwind relax and not be behind the wheel , bring your groceries and just stay put you will love being away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

This property was above and beyond our expectations. We traveled with only three people And a small dog so it was beyond enough room. It had everything you could hope for in a rental. The kayaks and paddle board were so convenient and easy to bring down to the water. The deck was perfect for fishing off of and drinking coffee and margs. Can’t say enough good things. The communication was great throughout the whole process. We will be booking again next year.
