Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure propane in Bbq is off and hoses are all off
Set main air con to 75 (others off) and leave ceiling fans running at medium speed please with all bedroom doors open

Why they chose this property

We have owned this house as a full time rental for 11 years and when our recent tenant moved we decided to renovate, improve and make it more ours and hope others can enjoy as well.

What makes this property unique

It is both close to the beach and close to shopping and the airport so an excellent location. It is nestled in this neighborhood where access is great to almost any convenience but is still safe and quiet. Bret of all worlds!
