About this property

Near the mountains and lakes

Apartment for 5 people on the 1st floor, 55 m², including the free Wintercard Premium and the Pluscard Holiday in the summer. This is a great way to get to know the area, and there are plenty of activities for all ages.
You can get breakfast and coffee with cake at the bakery, which is a 5-10 minute walk away.
The (ski) bus stops right outside the door.
Layout: Hallway, bathroom with toilet and bathtub, a large kitchen with dining area, living room/bedroom with sofas, and a separate bedroom with a large double bed. Adjacent to this is an L-shaped balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Access to a large garden with a grill. Free parking.
Thanks to Carinthia’s favourable geographical location and pleasant climate, every season is a delightful surprise. A thick layer of snow in winter, pleasant temperatures in summer.

With Lake Pressegger See, Lake Weißensee, and the Nassfeld ski area just around the corner, the cities of Villach and Klagenfurt in the immediate vicinity, and day trips to Slovenia and the Italian Adriatic coast, this apartment is an excellent starting point for wonderful days
