Property inside is clean, just a little outdated. Couches and very uncomfortable, furniture is from the 90’s. Pool is clean, but as soon as it rains gets full of bugs cause the lanai has spider webs and needs a good cleaning. I feel check out is too early (should be 11:00am) didn’t notice that when I booked and got charged extra.

I’m sorry if the décor isn’t to your liking. It’s not outdated — it’s the intended style, and most guests really love it. When it rains, some dirt can get washed out of the pool cage area, and that’s completely normal. It’s the same with all other homes. Check‑out at 10:00 a.m. is the standard here in Cape Coral.
