The Space:
Welcome to your private piece of paradise! This peaceful canal-front retreat features a private dock, screened pool, and everything you need for a relaxing Florida getaway.
Start your mornings on the screened lanai with coffee while the kids enjoy the pool. Spend the day cruising the canals, launching a kayak from the private dock, or simply soaking up the sunshine before ending the evening with dinner on the patio.
The semi-open floor plan makes it easy to gather for meals, relax in the cozy living room, or plan the next day's adventures. After a day of exploring, unwind in one of three comfortable bedrooms.
The home also includes central air conditioning, free WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill for easy outdoor meals. In the evening, enjoy one last swim beneath the pool's twinkling lights before settling in to the peaceful sounds of waterfront living.
Located just three miles from downtown Punta Gorda, you'll be close to boutique shopping, waterfront dining, Fishermen's Village, golf courses, local parks, and beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this canal-front retreat is the perfect home base for your Florida vacation.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:
Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.
Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.
Televisions will be unplugged.
Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.
Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.
Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
