Lovely updated but charmingly vintage upstairs apartment. Bedrooms were spacious, furniture was all nice, great location —just a few blocks to the beach or to Rehoboth Ave. loved it.

Comfortable and cozy relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen filled with all the necessities. Bedrooms are spapious and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Pet friendly atmosphere. Loved the screened in porch. We were looking for quiet street, we got a quiet street.

Fantastic location near everything Rehoboth!

This apartment is perfectly located in downtown Rehoboth, it is less than 2 blocks to the ocean and two blocks from the main street. It has everything you need for a great stay. The bedrooms are good sized and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to cook or prep while in the apartment. The couches and chairs are very comfortable and the table is big enough to seat everyone comfortably. We loved the screened porch! You will not be disappointed with this rental. Thank you!

The property was not entirely welcome to pets. The yard was not fenced in, but everything else was pretty decent. My main issues with the place were tied to the sound. You could hear your downstairs neighbors, even though they were speaking at normal volumes. Additionally, the TV was hardly functional and we were unable to watch the Oscars, which put a damper on our trip. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and super close to the beach. Great location!
