Welcome to the 2-room holiday apartment No. 269. Located in the first row, the large balcony faces southeast and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view of the sea. The apartment sleeps 4 people. You can access the balcony from the combined living and dining area. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, is integrated into the living/dining area. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that cannot be pushed together. The sofa bed (125 x 200 cm) provides two additional sleeping spots. The modernised shower room has a window. The beach and the boardwalk are just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking space is accessible only via a flight of stairs, but a side entrance leads to the lift, which allows for loading and unloading at ground level.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. Use of the balconies is generally permitted even during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.
