This modernly furnished 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 14th floor and offers an impressive panoramic view across Lübeck Bay all the way to the Baltic Sea. Its elevated location and large windows create a particularly bright and welcoming living atmosphere.<br><br>The open-concept living and dining area features modern, cosy, and harmoniously designed furnishings. Entertainment is provided by a 50-inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Light colours, natural materials, and decorative details create a relaxed holiday atmosphere. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious, glass-enclosed balcony, which offers a sheltered spot to relax even when a fresh sea breeze is blowing. Here you can enjoy leisurely breakfasts or atmospheric sunsets with a view of the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The open kitchenette is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.<br><br>The holiday rental has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and the other bedroom has a pull-out bunk bed (2 x 80 cm x 195 cm). Both rooms are equipped with blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. In total, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.<br><br>Family-friendly amenities—a travel cot and high chair are provided.<br><br>The modern en suite bathroom features a bright design and comfortable amenities. In addition to a rain shower and heated towel rack, a hair dryer and ample storage space are also available. In addition, there is a washing machine right in the apartment—ideal for longer stays as well.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought along or rented for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment. A private parking space is available free of charge.<br><br>A special highlight of your stay is free access to the swimming pool within the “Panoramic” apartment complex. Additionally, the grounds offer other recreational facilities such as a playground, table tennis, and tennis courts. The apartment is easily accessible by lift.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.<br><br>The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 350 m away. Shopping, restaurants, and public transport are also conveniently nearby. For those seeking adventure, HANSA-PARK is just a 300-meter walk away and offers plenty of fun for young and old alike.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by lift or staircase. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee
