Welcome to the "Sonnenbalkon bis zum Abendrot" holiday apartment

This bright, spacious two-room apartment (B 2-10) faces west and gets sun from around 1:00 p.m. until evening. Beautiful unobstructed view until sunset.

The large, glass-enclosed balcony can be easily opened all the way. A unique feature: The floor area is fitted with sturdy windows, so little ones have a safe vantage point and adults have protection from the wind at their feet.

The apartment offers plenty of open closet space, plus an extra storage closet for shoes, sand toys, and other items. Four standard, comfortable beds (all 90 x 200 cm, two with open footboards) ensure a good night’s sleep.
Its location on the 2nd floor also allows you to use the staircase as an alternative to the lift.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and 2 coffee makers. You can comfortably enjoy your meals at the adjacent kitchen table.
The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a radio/CD player. You can enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV from either the sofa or the double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
The brightly tiled shower room is located inside the apartment and features a washer-dryer. A parking space is included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance. This holiday rental is a smoke-free property.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. Use of the balconies is generally possible even during the breeding season.

The grounds feature a children’s playground, a tennis court, table tennis, and basketball, as well as a swimming pool with a 25-meter lane directly adjacent.
A great highlight—use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay!

The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room holiday apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the ground floor up to the 18th floor, easily accessible by lift or stairs. The lift goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All holiday apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views.

The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; of course, the balconies remain fully usable.

A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.
There is a playground right on the property, and the tennis court is available for a fee.

Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town centre, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away.
