Beautiful stay and amazing support by the property owner

We had a beautiful week in Istria! The House itself The House is a little bit older but the owners are working on renovating it bit by bit and there were no problems with the parts that are not yet renovated. The property owner was highly transparent with some damages to the house through a storm prior to our arrival and through previous guests. We were pleasantly surprised at how much he cared for us having a great stay and was supporting us from the distance and sending some local service provider to solve any inconvenience that came up. The Location The house provides a beautiful sunrise and daytime view. It is close to Labin where supermarkets and any other necessities can be found. The house further is a great starting point to visit all parts of Istria with a max. of 1,5h to drive. I would recommend a car for the stay. Rooms, etc. The bedrooms left enough space for all 7 of us with loads of space on sleeping sofas left. The house is spacious and especially the modern kitchen and living room were nice to stay in during rainy days. The house provides anything necessary including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Trip Recommendations - Scharfsküste - Zarecki Crov Waterfall - Pazin Cave Adventure - Pietrapelosa Castle - Rabac Beaches

Nice view, bad house

House in bad conditions, rooms and bathrooms not clean, very old. Swimming pool not usable, dishwasher not working. Wifi very poor. Air conditioning only in living room and not working. TV not working. Stairs from 1st floor down to ground floor very deep and dnagerous! Not usable. Windows without shutters.

Schönes Apartment

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Außenanlage mit Pool und Grill inkl. der schönen Aussicht auf Rabac und dem Meer kann sich sehen lassen. Das Haus scheint momentan im OG saniert zu werden. Alles in einem kann man hier eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie verbringen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Lage, leider einige Mängel

Die obere Etage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat keine Klimaanlage. Als Tipp wären Fliegengitter super, daß man Nachts die Fenster öffnen kann. Eine sehr abenteuerliche Treppe mit einem Handlauf die nicht sehr stabil ist. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, wenn nicht die Baustelle wäre. Aber im großen und ganzen, haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Alle Mängel die wir beansprucht haben wurden zeitnah beseitigt.

Familienurlaub

Wir wohnten eine Woche mit 7 Personen in der Villa und es war super schön. Wir genossen v. a. die Aussicht mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Wie schon zuvor von anderen Urlaubern beschrieben gibt es immer irgend etwas das nicht toll ist oder läuft, aber es konnte alles behoben werden. Das obere Stockwerk ist wie schon beschrieben, die Bäder sind alt, aber sauber. Die Treppe nach oben ist heftig, aber man kann - wenn auch umständlich - notfalls um das Haus herum nach oben gehen. Eine bessere Einweisung für das Abfallsystem oder ein Aushang dafür wären von Vorteil. Gute Englischkenntnisse ebenfalls. Die Verwalter und ihre Putzfeen sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen. Gefehlt hat uns die Tischtennisplatte!!! Die Stadt Labin ist zwar zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber das ist dann schon eine Wanderung und dann entlang der Straße. Vor Labin ist am Friedhof ein großer Parkplatz, von dort kann man das letzte Stück gut in die Stadt laufen. Alles in allem: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war ein super Urlaub.
