Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Couldn't have had a worse experience! Couldn't reach the host on the way to the apartment, multiple calls and messages unanswered.Arrived at the property with no check in details and confusion about what was going on, only for customer support to finally get through to the host who denied they had accepted our booking; I had communications confirming our reservation and our payment had been taken in full! Left on the street with nowhere to go because the host decided to "cancel" our stay while we're outside the door. The utter disrespect to leave people in that position when we had PAID for the stay. I would recommend avoiding booking this place if you don't want the hassle.
