Make yourself at home in our bright, spacious, and modern holiday apartment with an underground parking space. An lift takes you conveniently from the underground car park to our 2-room apartment on the 1st floor.

In the living area, you’ll find a cosy corner sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the large balcony with a sea view (obstructed in summer by the trees along the beach promenade).

A modern and fully equipped kitchenette (oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) is seamlessly integrated into the dining area. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlour and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
