Cozy vacation home for up to 5 people in a quiet location in Greetsiel

The house is furnished in a country style. The large windows in the bedrooms, along with the light-colored walls and white interior doors, create a pleasant living atmosphere.
All windows are equipped with fly screens and blackout pleated blinds. The bedrooms also feature additional blackout pleated blinds.

The ground floor of the property features a small entryway leading to the naturally lit bathroom, the storage closet with a top-loading washing machine, and a bedroom (with one single bed). A connecting door leads to the living room with a built-in kitchen, dining set, cosy sitting area, and terrace
On the upper floor, there is a guest bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.

The Anna holiday home thus has a total of 3 bedrooms:
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a small TV.
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, and a wardrobe.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom with one single bed (80 x 200 cm), 1 nightstand with a bedside lamp, and a wardrobe.

The newly renovated, naturally lit shower room on the ground floor features a walk-in shower next to the toilet. An illuminated mirror, a sink, and a wall cabinet for storing your personal items round out the comfortable atmosphere in the bathroom.

The small storage closet in the hallway outside the living area (next to the bathroom) contains various cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum cleaner, etc.), as well as a small top-loading washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, all of which are available for your use.

The living area features an open kitchen and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things:

A cosy, large corner couch by the fireplace invites you to relax and daydream. For your entertainment, you’ll find, for example, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a radio/CD player (Bluetooth, DAB…), as well as a small collection of various card games in the TV cabinet. Wi-Fi with guest access (browsing and email) is available to you—starting from the “ 17.08.2022 ”!!—free of charge.

From the living area, a door leads out to the covered patio (facing southwest). On the patio furniture provided, you can enjoy the sun on relaxing days and evenings, have a lovely barbecue, or play with your children on the lawn. A sun umbrella provides additional shade on beautiful summer days.

For our younger guests…
a travel cot (including mattress and sheets), a high chair, as well as colouring supplies and building blocks are available upon request. In the garden, there is a small, coverable sandpit with some toys. The large playground in the centre of Greetsiel is about a 10–15-minute walk away.

Surroundings / Leisure Activities:
The centre of Greetsiel, with its romantic harbour (home to East Frisia’s largest fishing boat fleet), its various restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and many shopping options, is about a 10–15-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the famous twin windmills of Greetsiel and the extensive network of canals—which is perfect for short boat trips—in just a few minutes. Also located in the centre of Greetsiel is a large children’s playground with an adjacent mini-golf course, a beach volleyball court, and a ping-pong table for sports activities. A small swimming lake and the dike are also within quick and easy walking distance.
The famous Pilsum Lighthouse (“Otto” Lighthouse, approx. 4 km) and the Leysiel Lock (approx. 7 km) are perfect for a leisurely short hike or a relaxing bike ride along the dike.
