This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to respect local noise ordinances. There are steps up to the first floor, and the great room is located on the second floor. The work spaces are located in communal areas.
While the cabin provides a rustic feel, it is equipped with modern heating to keep you warm during snowy Big Bear nights. Parking is available on-site, though 4WD or chains may be required during winter months to navigate the mountain roads safely.
Winter Driving: Please make sure you are prepared for the winter weather, including ALWAYS carrying snow chains and doing a dry run if they are new to you.
Electric Shut-offs: To prevent wildfires, Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) may be incurred as dictated by specific weather conditions (e.g. high winds, Santa Ana winds off the hill), as mandated by state laws.
