Terrific stay at a beautiful home in East Marion. So nice to have a pet-friendly home base that is clean and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Constance was very easy to work with! We had a couple of questions arise during our stay and she was very responsive. Super comfy beds too!!! We’ll be back!

Incredibly relaxing stay at a beautiful home and property on the North Fork. The pictures on VBRO were great but seeing it in person brought it to another level. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Beds, linens and towels were great. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks through the quiet neighborhood down to the LI sound. Close to Greenport, short drive to Mattituck Love Lane, wineries, farm stands, anything and everything you would want to do on the NoFo. Communication with Constance was exceptional. We had a fantastic long weekend adventure during a rainy NorEaster. Constance and Chris were graciously accommodating. We highly recommend a stay. We are planning on returning. Thank you Constance and Chris.

Quiet, peaceful, clean and comfy. We just spent two weeks at this lovely house on a quiet street where the crickets sang at night, the wild turkeys and deer roamed and the sunset over the Long Island Sound at the end of the road, a must if you are visiting! All that and only a few minutes ride to downtown Greenport, and lots of lovely wineries and several beaches within a 20 minute ride through the beautiful countryside.Check-in was easy, the house was well stocked for all our needs - including a nice welcome gift. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind, both inside and outside on the large wrap around deck or the huge backyard. We took advantage of the gas grill and cooked some great meals, especially with all the fresh produce at the farm stands as well as the fresh fish and meats at the local markets. We were so impressed with the towels provided in the bathrooms that we texted the owners and purchased the exact towels for home! The owner provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as passes to access the town beaches. The lounge chairs and umbrellas on the deck provided a great space to take in the sun without leaving the house.The hosts were very nice, responsive to questions and provided a guide book with some of their favorite places to see and things to do. We would highly recommend staying at this home to anyone looking to get away to the North Fork.
