A vacation in a lavishly renovated top-floor apartment

Here, a farmhouse atmosphere meets modern style. The former farmhouse, which had stood vacant for a long time, has been given a new lease on life. The ground-floor apartment has been completely renovated and will be ready for occupancy in 2021. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located in Dorsbrunn, near the beautiful, expansive Brombach Lake in the municipality of Pleinfeld in Middle Franconia, within the recreational area of the Franconian Lake District. The B2 and B13 federal highways serve as major thoroughfares connecting the metropolitan areas of Nuremberg, Ingolstadt, and Augsburg. Thanks to its convenient location, our holiday rental is easily accessible from the B2 (exit Pleinfeld-Nord) in about 5 minutes via the ST2222. The extensively renovated Schertel holiday apartment on the upper floor in Dorsbrunn offers the ideal retreat for everyone. The interior of the apartment is all on one level; there is only a staircase with 13 steps in the stairwell that leads up to the apartment. The upscale furnishings of the approximately 80 m² apartment, along with the baby- and child-friendly amenities (if needed), ensure a wonderful holiday for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen includes not only the usual appliances—such as a dishwasher, microwave, and oven—but also a toaster, a kettle, a fully automatic coffee machine (whole beans are provided), a sparkling water maker, and enough dishes for all guests. In addition to the two double beds (1x 180 m × 200 m + 1x 160 m × 200 m) in the respective bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can serve as an additional sleeping option for two people. The bathroom features a large sink, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. As an additional oasis of tranquility, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life on the balcony during quiet hours and find inner peace while barbecuing or simply relaxing. A parking space (with a wallbox) right next to the building is part of the modern and comfortable amenities of your holiday home. We strive to make your holiday perfect with many little extras. The following additional amenities are available in the apartment: hair dryer and soap in the bathroom; hangers; iron; and much more. Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to fulfil your every request. We can provide the following items upon request: children’s travel cot; high chair; changing table with baby bathtub; handcart (for a fee); toilet seat, and much more. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us. A deposit of 20% is due within 1 week of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the start of your stay. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 11:45 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. Cots, changing pads, high chairs, etc., are available upon request. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The visitor’s tax is not included in the total price and will be charged on site. From April through October, the visitor’s tax is 1 euro (starting in 2023: 1.50 euros) per adult per night; children and people with disabilities are exempt.
