The building was newly constructed in 2001 in the seaside resort architectural style, featuring a total of 24 residential units. Only a traffic-calmed promenade (Ostseeallee) separates the building from the wide Baltic Sea beach.

The two-room apartment is easily accessible via lift—including for wheelchair users.

The central location near the beach is an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your holiday in Kühlungsborn.

Stroll along Germany’s longest beach promenade (4 km) or take a leisurely walk down the elegant Ostseeallee with its nostalgic charm. Shopping options, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries, and the Konzertgarten West are all located in the immediate vicinity.
