Across from the city forest and just 50 metres from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, holiday apartment B 34—renovated in December 2024 and facing the quiet south/west side—accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults/2 children) in Haus Waldeck.

The building was newly constructed in 2001 in the seaside resort architectural style, featuring a total of 24 residential units. Only a traffic-calmed promenade (Ostseeallee) separates the building from the wide Baltic Sea beach.

The two-room apartment is easily accessible via lift—including for wheelchair users.

The central location near the beach is an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your holiday in Kühlungsborn.

Stroll along Germany’s longest beach promenade (4 km) or take a leisurely walk down the elegant Ostseeallee with its nostalgic charm. Shopping options, numerous restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries, and the Konzertgarten West are all located in the immediate vicinity.

The holiday rental consists of:

- a spacious living room (equipped with a sofa bed as an additional sleeping option for 2 people,
- 48-inch HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and over 150 Blu-ray discs)
- a fully equipped kitchen (new: 2025)
- a dining area

Der Check-in verlief komplikationslos. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter Herrn Hoffmann muss man mit 5 Sternen bewerten! Er war für uns immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klein und ideal für 2 Personen. Es war sehr, sehr sauber. Leider fehlten immer noch die Eierbecher. Und der Geschirrspüler wäscht leider nicht gleichmäßig sauber. Im unteren Fach kommt hinten kein Wasser an. Die Balkonseite hat von früh bis abends Sonne. Der Strand ist wirklich quasi vor der Tür. In 3 Minuten ist man da. Restaurants gibt es mehr als genug und zu Netto läuft man auch nur paar Minuten.Fazit: Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es waren wunderschöne 8 Tage!

Das Quartier und die Nähe zum Strand fanden wir sehr positiv. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos. Kühlungsborn ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

es war alles da, was man brauchte. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Lage, direkt am Strand. Sehr netter Vermieter 👍
