The Modern Strandhus Apartment 109 welcomes you to a prime location on Timmendorfer Strand at Strandallee 200. This modern ground-floor apartment offers 50 m² of living space and is an ideal retreat for two people.

The apartment consists of two rooms. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray and DVD players, a hi-fi system, and a radio, offering plenty of entertainment options for cosy evenings. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses) and external roller blinds for a restful night’s sleep.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a built-in freezer. Additional kitchen appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and provides everything you need for a pleasant start to the day. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. An ironing board is provided.

A particularly attractive feature is the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air in a private setting—an ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.

The beach is just about 75 metres away, allowing you to take full advantage of the proximity to the Baltic Sea. Anglers, surfers, golfers, horseback riders, and hikers appreciate the wide range of recreational activities in the immediate vicinity. The proximity to numerous shopping options (about 1,700 metres away), as well as good access to public transport (train station approx. 3,100 metres) and the city centre (approx. 1,500 metres to the centre), ensure flexibility and convenience.

Hat wieder super alles geklappt, konnten sogar etwas eher in die Wohnung, da diese schon fertig war. Super netter Kontakt im Büro. Wir buchen bestimmt wieder über "Wongel". Super liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Schönes großes Bad. Tolle Terrasse, konnten jeden morgen draußen frühstücken. Was ich sehr schade finde, ist, dass die Wohnung nicht über WLAN verfügt, das ist heute eigentlich Standard. Man muss leider doch im Urlaub seine Mails abfragen, gerade wenn man selbstständig ist. Tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, (leider kein WLAN), schöne Terrasse, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand sind vielleicht 100m, nach Timmendorf ist der Weg etwas weiter, aber man läuft im Urlaub gerne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist fast perfekt. 2 Punkte: 1. Der Fahrradkeller ist überfüllt. Hier sollte irgendwie etwas Platz geschaffen werden. 2. Leider kein WLAN im Appartement. Der Rest ist absolut OK und empfehlenswert.
