While some play at the large table in the spacious kitchen-diner on the ground floor, others watch TV in the living room in the basement, which is accessed via an open spiral staircase. All apartments feature a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; a dining area; a living room with a flat-screen TV; and two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds). The sofas in each apartment are pull-out and provide two additional sleeping spots. Cots and high chairs are available for the little ones. The bathrooms, which receive natural light, are equipped with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet. In the garden, seating areas invite you to relax, and a playground offers fun and games for the kids. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartments. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for doing laundry as needed. You can park your cars in private parking spaces directly in front of the house, and your bicycles will find a sheltered spot in the covered carport. Our four new, modern, and tastefully designed holiday apartments for four (up to six) people are situated in a wonderfully quiet location right on the edge of the forest and just a 10-minute walk from the large beach and the Ramsberg marina. The apartments, fully tiled with stone tiles in a wood-look finish, are located on the ground floor and ground floor. All apartments feature a balcony. During the cooler months, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth. Tourist tax: 1.50 EUR per adult/night will be charged separately on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 20 EUR per stay.
