One of the bedrooms is listed as having 2 double beds, but it only had one. Made it a little difficult to reconfigure our plans. If you're checking in after 7pm, is a pain because they lock the gate and unless you have someone from your party already in the property and able to bring the fob to you, its a pain. My brother was there first and had to wake his sleeping infant to drive it to us. We called the management company but that was useless they pretty much told us that my brother had to come let us in and when I asked what if someone wasnt there already they didnt really give me an answer besides a community member or something like that had to let us in, so someone would have been inconvenienced. So that was a pain. Smoke alarms went off about 6 times until we finally had to take the one down, i read on a previous review they had that issue so I assumed it would have been fixed. But I guess not. Otherwise nice property, close to rehoboth beach.
