We are John and Ariel Guinn, dedicated RV park managers committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for every guest. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran originally from Orlando, Florida, who brings strong leadership, responsibility, and a meticulous attention to detail to the daily operations of the park. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time on the water.



Ariel, originally from Wilson, North Carolina, focuses on the organizational and guest-centered aspects of park management. In her free time, she enjoys reading and gardening. Together, we live on-site and share a passion for cooking, spending time with our family, and fostering a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere. Our combined experience and dedication ensure that your stay is both positive and memorable
