Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

During the designated time periods, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside the time-limited short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building.
