New Frisian-style house in Grachten-Park!<br><br>Welcome to Hampton Huus. The Adirondack bench right outside the front door gives you a hint—East Coast charm awaits you here.<br><br>This high-quality, tastefully furnished 3-bedroom holiday home for up to 6 guests is located in the beautiful Grachten-Park on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to the water.<br><br>The entryway leads you into the well-equipped and comfortable kitchen. Here you’ll find everything your heart desires: a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave at working height, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, kettle, and coffee maker are also included, along with plenty of elegant dishes and silverware to whip up a multi-course meal.<br><br>In the adjacent, light-filled dining and living area, you’ll find a round dining table that seats up to 6 people and a spacious seating area with a modern flat-screen TV. The light-stained wooden ceiling, indirect lighting, and a modern corner fireplace create an atmosphere of elegant cosiness. Here, you can relax in style after a walk along the dike or a sauna session, and enjoy cosy warmth during the colder months.<br><br>A bedroom and a bathroom round out the living space on the ground floor. The modern bathroom impresses with plenty of space, a large, walk-in rain shower, and a sauna; of course, you’ll also find a hair dryer here. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) with a beautiful view of the sea (picture) and an open closet.<br><br>On the upper floor, you’ll find the second full-size bathroom. Here, too, there is a rain shower and a hair dryer; the bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms:<br><br>The “Owner’s Suite” features an extra-wide box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a walk-in closet. Another beautiful seascape painting and decorative accents create a stylish and cosy atmosphere here.<br><br>The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV, a semi-open closet, a desk, and great attention to detail. From the desk, you’ll enjoy a great view of the canal.<br><br>On the terrace, you’ll find your spot in the sun. High-quality, solid-wood patio furniture invites you to relax or enjoy a meal with a large group. The garden is fenced in.<br><br>Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth throughout the house. You can darken the windows in the bedrooms with pleated blinds. All windows are equipped with fly screens and additional pleated blinds. You’ll also find a high chair, washing machine, and clothes rack in the house.<br><br>You’re welcome to bring a dog upon request.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town
