This beautifully furnished holiday home for 5–6 people, located in a quiet yet central area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offers you a true home away from home—you’ll feel right at home here.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker. The living and dining area is cosily furnished with a solid pine dining table and 6 chairs, a corner couch and armchair with a matching solid table, and a TV unit with a DVD/Blu-ray player and radio. You’ll now also find a brand-new wood-burning stove there for those chilly days of the year. The shower room is modern and in like-new condition, with a window for ventilation. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.<br><br>The hallway is equipped with a coat rack; from here, a wooden staircase leads up to the ground floor. <br><br>Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe; one of the bedrooms also has a TV. The third bedroom features a 1.20 m wide bed for the fifth and, if necessary, sixth guest, a desk with a TV and DVD player, and a closet. As of February 2024, new reversible mattresses (soft/firm) were purchased for all beds. The upstairs shower room is also equipped with a window for ventilation.<br><br>All windows are fitted with exterior roller shutters, and the bedrooms also have fly screens.<br><br>The terrace and the fenced-in garden are lovingly and comfortably landscaped; here you can relax on high-quality garden furniture and enjoy a Rösle kettle grill.<br><br>You’ll find a parking space right in front of the house. <br><br>One knee-high dog is allowed.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi access (100 Mbit; we cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed). <br><br>You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the spacious storage shed.<br><br>During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.<br><br>The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.<br><br>You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra.
