Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung liegt mitten im quirligen Szeneviertel. Es gibt fußläufig viele Restaurants, Dönerläden, Geschäfte, die Kunsthofpassage und Katys Garage - DER Treffpunkt in der Neustadt. Ein Parkhaus mit vernünftigem Preis liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Die Küche hat viele Geräte, könnte jedoch über etwas mehr Geschirr verfügen.

Sehr gut in Neustadt gelegen. Viele gute Restaurants, Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Problemloser und unkomplizierter Check-In. Die FeWo ist gut aufgeteilt. Küche klein, funktional mit allem ausgestattet (leider kein GS). Das Bett war mit 140 cm für uns zu schmal. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ausklappen und ist somit eine 2. Schlafmöglichkeit. Gegenüber ist ein Biergarten, der allerdings nicht stört. Die Fenster zur Straße isolieren sehr gut. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter! Wir können die FeWo absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, da es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und bietet einen sehr guten Startpunkt für Aktivitäten aller Art. Wir sind mit dem PKW angereist und haben im gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus unser Auto sicher abstellen können. Die Wohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter! Herzlichen Dank für das rundum sorglos Paket! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Apartment, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, sauber - alles so, wie man es f..

Sehr schönes Apartment, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, sauber - alles so, wie man es für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, fußläufig und mit Öffis alles gut erreichbar. Die „Partyumgebung“ war für uns kein Problem, sondern eher bereichernd, Dresden war daher für uns unerwartet lebendig und bunt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
