The "Düsseldorfer Hof" building has been renovated. The apartment is located in the second row from the beach and is accessible by lift. The island’s centre is also within walking distance, just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. The bedroom features a double bed, and the living room is furnished with a “Bali” sofa bed from Messina. This apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. A highlight of the apartment is the terrace (approx. 18 sqm). It is furnished with a seating set and a beach chair. Barbecuing is not permitted on this terrace. Bicycles can be stored in the basement or in the courtyard. For added convenience, the building has a communal washing machine and dryer (in the basement), both of which operate with coins. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
