Escape to this condo in picturesque Telluride. This tremendous space features two bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed, plus a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, both with
a relaxing bathtub and a handy hair dryer. The condo offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this gorgeous retreat provides comfort and convenience in every corner. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This space is curated with one downstairs king bedroom with a dedicated door of its own, which opens to an outdoor walkway. The downstairs bedroom contains a laundry unit, a dedicated workspace and makeup vanity, shelves for guests’ use and a closet.
The living room contains a new sofa bed with its bedding in a storage unit under the L shaped cushions. The living room has a Samsung art TV which not only provides entertainment, but can display works of art of your choosing.
Additionally, the kitchen counter has a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to your devices.

The upstairs bedroom contains one queen bed, and one full-size koala pull out bed, each with its own bedding. A hutch is available for use by guests. The bedroom also contains a vanity under the natural light of one of its remote controlled skylights which can be opened and closed via remote and have shades in place for evening.
There are two entrances to the property. The front door is accessed via the principal 2 flights of stairs. You will enter using a smart lock. You will be provided with an access code for the duration of your stay. The first floor opens to the living room, kitchen, first bathroom and King bedroom. The King bedroom also has a back entrance of its own accessible via an outdoor walkway. From the downstairs living room, you go up the spiral staircase to the second floor which contains a queen bed, one Full Koala bed, and the second bathroom.

You can contact me at any time via the app or my cell which I provide at check-in. Additionally, we have a local property manager that is available at any time during your stay. We provide you with his name and contact information as well upon check-in.

Our property is a corner unit, two stories with operable skylights that let in beautiful light and ventilate throughout the property. You have gorgeous views from the windows at multiple vantage points, and so much ample space— a true Luxury in Telluride. With all new appliances in the kitchen you can choose to eat in, or if you choose to eat out, you walk a few blocks up to Colorado Avenue where you’ll find some of Telluride‘s best restaurants.
