10 Acres on Pleasant River- New Modern Barnhouse

We think this place is magical! Located on 10 acres of birch trees, we newly renovated the barn into a modern living space. We immediately fell in love with the property which has hillside views of the Pleasant River, dotted with birches. This is a place of perfect tranquility, relax in the wood-fired hot-tub, explore the tidepools on the river’s edge, walk the fields are carpeted with wild blueberries, or slumber in the hammocks slung underneath the birches. 1 scenic hour from Acadia National Park & 1/2 hour away from one of Downeast’s best beaches. Sleeps upwards of 8 in our second floor OPEN BEDROOM with four queen beds.
Room for all your family or friends- 4 queen beds.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash goes in the blue flip lid bin. Please put a brick on it. Recycling (cans and bottles) go in the tote tubs. Any amount of Trash not generated from your stay will be charged a fee.
Please strip beds. Put all towels on the bathroom floor. Please remove all items from refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use Wood-fired Hot Tub will require a release of liability agreement. Accessing the River Beach you do so at your own risk.
Please provide your vehicle make model and license. Any vehicle found overnight without prior authorization will incur a maximum guest fee.
Laundry and trash disposal is en gratis, if overuse (not from stay/outside sources) is suspected, a water/trash fee will be added to your checkout.
