About this property

10 Acres on Pleasant River- New Modern Barnhouse

Room for all your family or friends- 4 queen beds, pull out couch for more. This is perfect tranquility, relax in the wood-fired hot-tub, explore the tidepools on the river’s edge, walk the 400 ft of our shoreline, or relax in the hammocks slung underneath the birches. 1 scenic hour from Acadia National Park & 1/2 hour away from one of Downeast’s best beaches. Sleeps upwards of 8 in our second floor OPEN BEDROOM with four queen beds. Grill, soak and relax.

The space
Okay, it may sound weird, but we think this place is magical! Located on 10 acres of birch trees, we newly renovated the barn into a modern living space. We immediately fell in love with the property which has hillside views of the pleasant river dotted with birches, the fields are carpeted with wild blueberries. We have a shared open- concept second floor bedroom with 4 queen beds, plush comforters, and nectar mattresses.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash goes in the blue flip lid bin. Please put a brick on it. Recycling (cans and bottles) goes in the tote tubs.
Please strip beds. Put all towels on the bathroom floor.
Return keys to lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Wood-fired Hot Tub will not be able to be used by guests with children younger than 16 years-old. The tub will be drained for safety.
There is no swimming in the Pleasant River.
Accessing the River Beach you do so at your own risk and use automatically accept responsibility and do not hold responsible the owner for any injury.
