Appartement bien situé, bien équipée.Des odeurs désagréables d'égout dans la salle de bain et dans les wc.Un parking au second sous sol très étroit dans un endroit très sale, avec des marres d'eau.Il serait nécessaire de modifier l'annonce en donnant les dimensions maximums de la voiture qui peut être stationnée dans le parking.

Appartement bien situé. Attention aux odeurs, la vestusté de certains équipements même s'ils sont présents. Il aurait fallu préciser dans l'annonce la place de parking catastrophique. In finé devoir déplacer son véhicule tous les matins à 9h00 n'est pas très plaisant lorsque l'on est en vacances. Idem pour les soirées karaoké de la pizzéria juste en dessous de l'appartement le samedi soir. Heureusement jusqu'à minuit seulement
