Our small village of Engelthal is situated in a picturesque landscape in the Hammerbach Valley.
The farmhouse is located in a park-like courtyard on the old edge of the village, surrounded by a historic monastery wall.

Apartment Description:

Through the hallway and the separate apartment door, you enter the lovingly restored large living room with a large flat-screen TV and a cosy seating area. The large sofa quickly folds out into a comfortable double bed.
From here, you enter the large, fully equipped kitchen with a cosy, spacious dining area.
A small room leads to the entryway, which is furnished with a desk for working.
This leads to the spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink, and large walk-in shower.
Next to the bathroom is the bedroom with a double bed.
In front of the house is a garden with an outdoor seating area, which is for your exclusive use.
The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible.
A lockable garage space is available for a car, motorcycle, or bicycles.
