Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during occupancy. Do not dispose of mixed waste in the blue recycling bin. Fine: $100.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Guest could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Guests must make certain that the outdoor grill is emptied and the grill is turned off after each use. Do not dispose of hot ashes, fire logs or coals from the grill or fireplace in the trash cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not turn off the pool pump and vacuum for more than 12 hours per day. If this rule is not followed, the water may start to turn cloudy due to algae
Guests shall exercise caution when using the bunk bed, especially if children are present.The top bunk is not suitable for children under the age of 6
To avoid any accidents, please do not hang or tie anything to the fan, and ensure that it is turned off when the bunk bed is in use.
