Anyone looking for an all-round relaxing holiday will definitely find their perfect holiday accommodation in this charming villa in the heart of Istria. Villa Tila is suitable for a group of 8 people who can be accommodated in 4 cosy bedrooms. It is located on a 1150 m2 plot dominated by a refreshing private pool. The garden is beautifully manicured and spacious so that everyone can find their relaxation spot, while the lush greenery provides ample shade on hot summer days. The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, or rather an entertainment room with a small kitchen and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor is the living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Villa Tila is a perfect holiday home for families and groups looking for privacy and relaxation, while the location offers many opportunities for day trips in magical Istria.Villa Tila is located in Zbrlini, a small village near Pazin in central Istria. The Pazin Cave and Pazin Castle, which inspired the French writer Jules Verne to write his novel Mathias Sandorf, are just a short drive from the villa. For the brave, there is also a zipline above the cave. Central Istria is known for its small, picturesque, medieval towns.

During your stay in Istria, visit the episcopal complex of the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco heritage) in the historic centre of Pore (approx. 30 km) and the well-preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula (approx. 45 km) or simply enjoy yourself on a beach of your choice near Porec, Rovinj, Rabac or Pula. During your stay at Villa Tila you should also enjoy local specialities and a good glass of Istrian Malvazija.

Die Lage war für uns gut.

Die Lage war für uns gut. Weil wir von da aus in alle Richtungen schnell erreichen konnten. Das Haus war sehr schön und mit Hund für uns gut. Pool war super die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, dass es zu wenig Besteck vorhanden war. Für 8 Personen müsste mindestens alles doppelt vorhanden sein. Das Haus ist super und weiter zu empfehlen.

Prachtig verblijf in het hart van Istrië

Mooi, schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien in een prachtige omgeving. Stil, maar met winkels vlakbij en de kust van Istrië is erg goed bereikbaar met de auto.

Schönes großes Haus, Mega schöner Pool und Außenbereich.Einrichtung ist etwas verwohnt ( Küchen Möbel ) Ausstattung Geschirr für 8 Personen nicht mehr ausreichend, sollte einmal neu bestückt werden.Wir waren eine halbe Stunde zu früh am Haus und haben im Auto gewartet, da war die Vermieterin etwas ungehalten und hat uns mit bösen blicken gestraft, und etwas gezickt das sie noch nicht fertig wäre! Das fanden wir nicht so nett, zumal wir gar nicht aus unserem Fahrzeug ausgestiegen sind und natürlich gewartet haben auf die Übergabe.
