A large combined living and dining area, furnished in the typical East Frisian style, invites you to linger.

The large dining table is situated in the light-filled bay window area. The open kitchen area, fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, ensures everything is within easy reach.
In the entryway, there is a separate guest bathroom.

On the top floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first bedroom features a double bed and a seating area ausgestattet.In. The second bedroom has two single beds as well as a cosy reading nook in the bay window area.
A bright, spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the top floor.

The sun terrace is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying summer evenings. The terrace can be shaded from “too much” sun with an awning. Neßmersiel offers everything you need for a restful and relaxing holiday for the whole family. Very close to the apartment, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and cosy East Frisian pubs. There’s a supermarket about 200 metres away.
You can also rent a canoe in Neßmersiel and take a long trip across East Frisia via the canals. Bicycle rentals are also available right near the apartment.
A must for every visitor to Neßmersiel is, of course, a mudflat hike. Neßmersiel is considered the “Mecca” for mudflat hikers. For example, you can hike across the mudflats to the island of Baltrum, admiring the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site along the way, and then take a boat back.
