This stunning house, built in the late 19th century, has been completely renovated, offering a blend of traditional Istrian architecture and modern materials.Villa Santina features a courtyard space behind the house, shaded by an old mulberry tree, providing refuge even on the hottest days. The front courtyard offers a beautiful pool with sea views, comfortable sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with a fireplace, and seating area.The house accommodates 6-7 people across 140 m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and additional seating that can serve as a bed for one child, and a separate toilet. The first floor houses one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.Discover the charms of Istria and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere offered by Villa Santina.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Schönes Haus im Zentrum von Visnjan. Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem Auto bis ans Meer in circa 15 Minuten. Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin per WhatsApp. Leider sind Haustiere erlaubt, sodass man besonders auf dem Kunstrasen im Garten auf Tierhaare stoßen kann.
