Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lovely property. Great views. Some problems. One toilet not working. Pool great. No guidance or help. Couldn't work out bins. Hon complicated, no instructions. No info on area. A good holiday but would have been a lot better with support.
