Res. Waldkrone WE 111: friendly 2-room apartment close to the beach

This welcoming and wheelchair-accessible 2-room apartment (approx. 41 m²) on the ground floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday rental sleeps a total of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with chairs; a desk; and a small chest of drawers. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² terrace (partially covered), which faces west and is furnished with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchenette includes a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The very spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, two spacious wardrobes, and a chest of drawers, and features an additional flat-screen TV.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The large, bright bathroom features a handicap-accessible, wheelchair-friendly (walk-in) shower, a sink, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and ample storage space. A shower chair permanently integrated into the shower is also available. The sink is wheelchair-accessible, and there is an additional low wall mirror so that both seated and standing people can see themselves clearly. Next to the toilet is a permanently installed grab bar.

The apartment is completely barrier-free and accessible, making it particularly suitable for wheelchair users and seniors. The doors in the apartment are wide sliding doors. You have direct wheelchair access to the apartment via the terrace (a small ramp is provided).

You can hang your jackets on the large coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

To protect your valuables, you can use the built-in safe located in the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat near the apartment complex (about a 5-minute walk) is available for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free directly behind the apartment complex in the large car park of the “Hotel Residenz Waldkrone.” If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

You can easily reach all floors of the apartment complex by lift.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum stay / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
