Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 12 km, rocky beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
