Ferienwohnung top, Lage schlecht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Vermieterin ist freundlich und erklärt alles. Die Lage der Wohnung ist jedoch nicht so gut. Enge Bebauung und wer es mag, dass die Nachbarn einem auf den Teller gucken, der ist hier richtig. Zumal nebenan ein Kleinkind und ein Hund naturgemäß etwas lauter sind. Für ältere Personen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da man eine steile Treppe mit 15 Stufen rauf gehen muss. Aber nochmals, die Wohnung selbst ist super.

Wir waren acht Tage in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort gehabt und können uns vorstellen noch mal dort Urlaub zu machen.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der geräumigen, gemütlichen Wohnung und auch den großen Balkon haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Bad sehr angenehm und praktisch. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Hallo, sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einer wirklich tollen Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Nachbarn sind dicht dran, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft in einem tadellosen, sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieterin ...ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und innerhalb 10 Minuten vor Ort. Sehr nett!

Neuwertige Einrichtung

2 Zimmer- Whg. im 1. OG mit eigenem Zugang über Außentreppe. Empfehle die Whg. mit max. 3 Erwachsenen zu belegen. 1 Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (Kinder- Reisebett oder Zustellbett passt dort nicht zusätzlich rein) + 1 Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wohnzimmer zugleich Küche. 1 Tisch für 4 Personen. Möbel, Küche und Sanitär / Dusche sind neuwertig. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2x TV. Sehr sauber, sehr nette Gästebetreuung. Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück unter dem Balkon. In der Garage konnten wir unsere Skiausrüstung lagern. Kommen gern wieder.

Die Fewo bietet allles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgerichtet. Der sehr geräumige Balkon läd zum relaxen ein, auch das Frühstück schmeckt auf dem Balkon ;-). man erreicht über kurze Wege Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Bahnhof für Ausflüge mit der Zillertalbahn ist über kurze Wege erreichbar. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank auch nochmal von hier an die nette Betreuung.

Sehr saubere, schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Kage

Klein, aber fein für uns 4 inkl. 2 Kinder, denen wir das Schlafzimmer überlassen haben. Sehr sauber, sehr guter Service inkl. Zwischenreinigung und nette Kommunikation. Großzügiger Balkon auf dem man abends gut entspannen kann. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat an nix gefehlt, die Wohnung ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und war eine Erholungs-Oase nach den Wabderausflügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
